You should be aware that we keep some of your details when you place an order with us.
These details are usually publicly accessible. In any case, they are not privacy sensitive.
What do we keep about you?
Name, address, postal code and city, country and e-mail address. Your telephone number will also be stored if you provide it.
We also keep your order history.
We are not interested in any other information about you, so it will not be kept.
Your details will NEVER be shared with third parties. Our database is not accessible via the Internet.
Downloads can be ordered without (full) name and address.
However, you should be aware that you will receive an account/payment receipt without N.A.W. data and therefore without any tax value.
In that case we cannot register you as a legal user, so we cannot give a guarantee.
If you order CD's then they will be sent with PostNL or Laposte.fr.
You have the right to know what data we keep about you. You can, preferably, request this by e-mail (email@example.com).
As a customer you will receive our newsletter. Simply unsubscribe with a (possibly blank) e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. A phone call is also good (010-4263941, from abroad: 0031104263941).
If you unsubscribe, we will only remove you from the mailing list. Your data will be kept with us.
We do this so that your warranty remains and because we do not want to bother you anymore. If we receive your information from another source, we know that you do not want a newsletter.
Of course we remove your information if you wish. Just send an e-mail to email@example.com stating "remove".
Do you have any questions, comments or remarks on the above? Please let us know. We have a listening ear (firstname.lastname@example.org or 010-4263941).
