You have to know that we keep a number of details of you if you have placed an order at us.
These data are usually publicly accessible. In any case, they will be not saved.
What do we save from you?
Name, address, zip code and city, country and e-mail address.
Your phone number will also be saved if you specify that.
We also keep your order history.
We have no interest in other data from you, so they are not saved.
Your data will NEVER be shared with other people. Our database is not accessible from the internet.
Downloads can be ordered without (full) name and address.
You must realize that you will then receive an invoice / receipt without name and address details
and therefore has no fiscal value.
In that case we can not register you as a legal user, so we can not give any guarantee.
If you order CDs, they will be sent with PostNL or Laposte.fr.
You have the right to know what information we keep from you. You can, preferably, request
by e-mail (email@example.com).
As a customer you receive our newsletter. Signing out is easy with a (possibly blank) e-mail to
firstname.lastname@example.org. A phone call is also good
(010-4263941, outside The Netherlands: 0031104263941).
If you opt out we only remove you from the mailing list. Your data will be kept.
We do this so that your guarantee remains valid and because we do not want to bother you anymore.
If we receive your data by another source, we know that you do not want a newsletter.
Of course we will delete your data if you wish. Just an e-mail to
email@example.com mentioning "remove".
Do you have questions, remarks or comments on the above? Then please let us know.
(firstname.lastname@example.org of 010-4263941).
